This month is also significant as we recognize Men’s Mental Health Month and celebrate fathers.Many men, especially those leading families, organizations, or teams, often carry significantpressure in silence. Strength is often mistaken for self-reliance, but effective leaders know thatcaring for their mental and emotional health is a sign of wisdom, not weakness.
